Questions:

How long should I use these for a complete body detox?    We recommend that you use these detox pads daily for 7 days and then rest for about 3 days. After that, you can use them for as many days as you like.

What time of day is best to wear the foot pads?      It is best to put the pads on right before you go to sleep. Leave the patches on for 5 to 12 hours.
