Susan Irwin

Susan calls the shots for Penguin Pals. Susan is usually the one you will talk to on the phone. She has many years of experience as a manager and as a computer programmer and helps keep us on track. She also fills orders and mails your orders. Susan enjoys snow skiing, travel, and various forms of dance. She is currently learning how to grow plants hydroponically.

Kathy Watkins

Kathy is the webmaster. She creates many of the graphics, adds products, and fills orders. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys snow skiing, horseback riding, travel, and playing her French horn and piano.

How it all began:
Like many of you, we wanted to start a home business. We fell in love with pandas and discovered that there wasn't anywhere to buy them all in one place so we started Panda Products. When we fell in love with penguins, too, Penguin Pals was a natural. We still work our jobs and run our businesses on the side so don't be surprised if you get an answering machine during the day. The pandas and penguins have now taken over our house and most of our time. Hope you enjoy our site!
